Delivery and Returns
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are no longer wanted or due to change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return has been approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method.
Please note our lashes are hand crafted, therefore each lash can vary slightly. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash application of individual hair crafted by our employees.
